About the Journal

Hiskia Journal is a scientific journal managed by the Chemistry Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Widya Mandira Catholic University. This journal is published twice a year, in July and January. The manuscripts published in this Journal are Original Articles, Short Articles, and Review Articles which aim to contribute to the discussion of research, experience, development, teaching, and dissemination related to the field of chemistry and chemistry education.

The focus and scope of Hiskia Journal are in the fields of chemistry (organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology, material chemistry, and chemical environment) and chemistry education and teaching (strategies, models, methods, approaches to chemistry learning; chemistry learning media; ICT in chemistry learning; chemistry learning innovation; evaluation and assessment of chemistry learning).
