Abstract

The existence of a village concultative body that act as one of the elements in administering the village government basically has a fairly important and strategic position in bridging the community with the village government regarding the needs and aspirations to be conveyed. Especially in terms of the development of the village community itself. This becomes important in supporting the implementation of village development. This study intends to examine and fine out the role and contribution of the village concultative body in increasing development in the Karanganyar village, Reban sub-district, Batang district. As for the method used in this research is descriptive method trough a qualitative approach by collecting data based on sources of observation, interviews and literuter sudy and documentation study.
