Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Haekto Kecamatan Noemuti Timur

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Education Level, Income Level, and Consumption Pattern on Community Welfare. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and multiple linear regression analysis. Community Welfare is positioned as the dependent variable, while Education Level, Income Level, and Consumption Pattern are the independent variables. Data processing is carried out with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that, partially, the three independent variables do not have a significant effect on Community Welfare, as indicated by t-statistics that are smaller than the t-table values and significance levels (p-values) greater than 0.05 for each variable. These findings suggest that, in the context of this study, community welfare is not solely determined by education, income, and consumption patterns, but is likely more strongly influenced by other factors outside the model, such as access to health services, housing conditions, social security, job quality, and the quality of public services. The implication of these results is the need to design welfare-improvement policies that are multidimensional and evidence-based, as well as the importance of further research that incorporates more comprehensive welfare indicators, both objective and subjective.
