Penguatan Kapasitas Mahasiswa Dalam Penyusunan Proposal Kegiatan Berbasis Dampak Sosial Melalui Pelatihan Berbasis Praktik Dan Pendampingan

Kegiatan mahasiswa yang berorientasi sosial menjadi salah satu bentuk keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran di luar kelas. Banyak proposal kegiatan masih disusun secara umum, tanpa analisis masalah yang tajam dan tanpa hubungan yang jelas antara masalah, tujuan, kegiatan, dan hasil yang ingin dicapai. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan kemampuan menyusun proposal kegiatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berorientasi pada dampak sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan secara hybrid yang menggabungkan penyampaian materi, diskusi, latihan langsung, dan pendampingan. Sebanyak 22 mahasiswa Universitas W.R. Supratman terlibat dalam kegiatan ini, dengan dukungan narasumber dari Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Perubahan pemahaman peserta diukur melalui kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan serta melalui observasi selama proses berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta, yang tercermin dari kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 3,0 menjadi 4,2, serta perubahan cara peserta merumuskan masalah, menyusun tujuan, dan merancang kegiatan. Pelatihan ini memberi ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan cara berpikir yang lebih sistematis dalam perencanaan kegiatan dan memperbaiki keterkaitan antara masalah, tujuan, dan bentuk kegiatan dalam proposal yang disusun.
