Gerakan Sosialisasi Pembatasan Gadget Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kecanduan Digital Siswa MI Bustanul Ulum Probolinggo

Kecanduan gadget pada anak-anak menjadi isu serius yang berdampak pada aspek psikologis, sosial, dan akademik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MI Bustanul Ulum Laweyan, Probolinggo, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pembatasan penggunaan gadget sebagai upaya pencegahan kecanduan digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat sejak tahap identifikasi masalah, perumusan strategi, pelaksanaan program, hingga evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, workshop media edukatif, serta kampanye daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku konkret: sebagian besar orang tua menetapkan aturan penggunaan gadget di rumah (misalnya maksimal 2 jam per hari dan larangan penggunaan sebelum tidur), menyediakan alternatif aktivitas non-digital seperti membaca buku, bermain tradisional, dan kegiatan keagamaan, serta lebih konsisten mendampingi anak saat menggunakan gadget. Guru juga mulai mengintegrasikan literasi digital sehat dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode kualitatif berbasis PAR efektif mendorong perubahan perilaku keluarga dan sekolah secara partisipatif, sehingga sosialisasi pembatasan gadget dapat menjadi strategi nyata dalam menciptakan lingkungan pengasuhan yang sehat, seimbang, dan ramah anak di era digital.
