This study aims to evaluate the Spirit of Leadership (SOL) activity at IAIN Kediri's Islamic Education Management Study Program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This activity is designed to instill leadership values, integrity, and solidarity among new students, while equipping them with an understanding of the characteristics of the study program and the importance of social networks. The research method used was a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that in the context aspect, SOL activities were relevant to the needs of new students in recognizing the study program and fostering leadership values. In the input aspect, the human resources involved, including the committee and presenters, have sufficient competence, although there are shortcomings in supporting facilities. In the implementation (process aspect), most sessions ran effectively, but there were obstacles in committee coordination that caused schedule delays and insufficient time in certain sessions. The product evaluation showed that the program succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of leadership values and strengthening social interactions among new students. This study provides recommendations to improve the quality of the program in the future, including through more careful facility planning, improved committee coordination, and more effective time allocation for each session. With these steps, the SOL program is expected to have a more significant impact in shaping a generation of students with integrity, leadership spirit, and ready to contribute to society.
